oh, not again...
Another LJ-scare? :(

I'm listening to the "Don't Panic" messages. And I can't really use any of the backup-tools being recommended. Old computer, dial-up Internet - can't cope with backing up over six years of LJ posts and 68,000 comments. So - crossing fingers for LJ to continue existing.

Anyway, the Horcrux is mctabby at InsaneJournal.

My fingers are crossed as well.

I'm on journalfen--part of why I'm hoping LJ stays is that half my friends are on IJ and the other half are on JF. ;-)

In a nutshell: LJ company laying off staff. Some users panicking. Other users telling them not to panic.
