First there was the Knight2King theory: Ron=Dumbledore.

Just to continue this line of reasoning...
"Harry! Do come in. I see you've brought the biscuits." The Headmaster's eyes twinkled merrily over his half-moon glasses as he poured the tea.
Harry placed the tin on the table and sat down, gracefully adjusting his green robes.
"Thanks, Ron," he purred. Here, in the privacy of this office, they were free to relax and use their true names - and it felt so marvelously liberating.
"We'll be ready to start as soon as Hermione - Ah! Here she is now!"
The third member of the Order of the Conspiracy stalked through the door in a swirl of black, looking highly annoyed.
"We have a problem." She tugged at a lock of her greasy hair. "It keeps turning bushy! I'm definitely developing immunity to the Polyjuice."
"Have a biscuit," said Harry sympathetically.
